EURO AIRLINK CORPORATION is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. Therefore, you are releasing the company and its employees, from liability for the Airlines flight changes and cancellations.

EURO AIRLINK CORPORATION is acting solely as travel agent for the services such as Air Carriage, Hotel accommodation, Land transportation, Tours, Cruises, Travel Insurance, etc. EURO AIRLINK CORPORATION therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you and your travel companions. EURO AIRLINK CORPORATION likewise shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, losses caused to any traveller in connection with terrorist activities, labor actions, local laws, climate conditions, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent’s reasonable control.

Travelers are responsible for accuracy of travel documents such as valid passports, valid visas and affidavits that will be required for international travel. Exit from the Philippines and entry into a foreign country are solely the discretion and decision of the Immigration Officer. Travelers who purchase tickets for Low-Cost carrier such as CEBU PACIFIC, PAL, AIR ASIA AND TIGER AIR are advised that these are NON-REFUNDABLE at all times.

Flight cancellations and delays of these airlines are beyond the Travel Agent’s reasonable control hence it accepts no responsibility over these events. However, Travel Agent endeavors to exert all its effort to assist Customers in these situations.

Unused tour services are NON REFUNDABLE. Customers’ retention of tickets, reservations, tour & hotel vouchers and other travel documents after issuance shall constitute consent to all of the above and an agreement on their part to convey hereto to their travel companions or group members.
